Feeling isolated? Here are somethings to help

Exercises

Plan time for working out - schedule it in your day. 

Try body weight exercises at home 

Get out in nature for a walk or jog. 

Online workouts - a lot are offered for free right now. 

Dance

Bike ride

Yard work

Sleep 

Go to bed at the sometime everyday

Create a bed time routine.

Leave the bedroom for sleeping only. Turn off the tv and other devices

Try and get 7-9 hours of sleep a night

Mediate before bed

Evening stretches 

Journal before bed

Stay connected

Have social gatherings on the different face to face platforms

Reach out to someone you haven’t talk to in awhile

Make sure to check in on family and friends 

Write someone a letter

Relaxation and mediation 

Build in time in the morning and night to mediate

Take a bath

Take a long walk 

Read a book 

Watch you favorite show

Use visualization

Spend time in nature

Rearrange furniture

Healthy eating 

Try mindful eating- no distraction, eating slowly and really focusing on the taste of your food

Sit at a table with the tv off.  Try to make sure you are slowly chewing and putting your fork down between each bite.

Establish a routine - try to eat at  the sometime everyday 

Try new recipes that you have been wanting to try but felt you didn’t have time to do in the past.

Limit food high sugar and limit alcohol 

Drink water

Watching eating when you are bored
