Anna Lobanova, LPC,NCC
My approach as a counselor is to create a comfortable, welcoming, and safe environment for every client. The space I strive to create is one where the client and counselor work together as a team to improve the client’s mental health or causes of distress. Every client will have a different therapeutic experience based on their needs and goals. I have experience working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as college with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of diagnosis. I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem issues, stress, issues related to life transitions, school issues, relationship problems, women issues, body image, grief and loss. I have a strong background in CBT and DBT as well as crisis management. My goal is to offer an open, genuine space for you to express yourself and grow into the person you would like to be.
I enjoy swimming, thai chi, writing, taking walks, meditation and cooking.
