Lauren Farrell, MA, LPC

Lauren is a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC), in addition to being certified in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling (CADC).

Education:She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Illinois University in Psychology and Sociology. She received her Masters of Arts Degree from Lewis University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

She has extensive knowledge and tools to help individuals and couples navigate through various life issues. Lauren is able to create a safe atmosphere for clients and develops individualized treatment that helps clients maintain a healthy form of functioning. She has strong interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of therapeutic approaches. She truly believes that everyone can benefit from counseling and having someone they can discuss their problems with in an open and accepting environment. Her goal is to positively impact every individual, couple, and family that she works with while aiding them in overcoming their personal obstacles.

Experience: has been in outpatient settings working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
